@Delilah7 thank you so much! It was cycle 3, I was taking folic acid (seven seas trying for a baby) and tracking ovulation using an app and symptoms. We DTD 4 and 5 days before ovulation so I'm so surprised it worked!!

@purplestar9 how exciting!!! Wondering if I should take seven seas as I'm taking pregnacare. But I got pregnant without any of it before 😂 how exciting for you!!!! Xxxx

You must be over the moon. Hiding the tests seems like the way forward! What symptoms were you having?

Well, that'll help you get over hump day if anything will!!

And 4-5 days before ov!! That has given me some hope!!

@Lougg I know! Not much to be honest, I felt strangely normal. AF was due yesterday so was a day late, some minor cramps over the last few days, backache and muscle tenderness (I didn't think it was related to pregnancy but apparently so!)
@Crossfitgirl I will :) it hasn't sunk in yet... it may take a while! Got DH's mum visiting later but he doesn't want to tell her yet!

@Crossfitgirl you know how we were pretty much cycle buddies? I've been using CB OPKs and still no smiley yet! So annoying!!!!!!!!! Looks like POAS will be a daily event for now at least. Also, really sorry to hear you were having a bit of a shitty time.

@BabySquid yeh, there are a select few people we will tell early but not many. My mum will be one of them, she knows we were trying so she'll probably figure it out anyway!

Cycle 1

Very new to this. Took my last pill 8th August. Had breakthrough bleed 10th till 15th.

I've got a history of gynae issues (fibroids and ovarian cysts. So not expecting this to be easy. Anyone else suffered with anything similar?

@CookieWaffle I know, I couldn't believe it, it showed up before the control line and stayed darker! DH has been so cute, I had no idea how he would react when it happened!

@Crossfitgirl I'm sorry to hear you're having a rough time with DH and getting enough baby making in. It's a problem really close to home for me and we've only had a couple
of months where I've felt positive about it. All I can say is regular sex is a habit - once we got into it, it became easier, but there were so many tears beforehand. I also had to explain how the monthly cycle actually works several times to my husband before he accepted it - that there is a golden window and if you miss it then it's game over that month. Also in the blur of TTC when we are only thinking about one thing we can get a bit short sighted with our DH - is he stressed? Bad week? Does he need support? They're not always very forthcoming in saying how they feel. A nice cooked dinner and night of hugs/tellling him how great he is and how much you love him/keeping him company whilst letting him watch what he wants to watch on TV could help? I find that when I do this my husband could well initiate the same night or next day as he feels more loved ❤️❤️❤️ They're soppier than we give them credit for 😂 I try to be more loving towards him from a few days before ovulation is on the horizon... Not that that's all I'm thinking of or anything 😂😂😂👶👶👶

AF finally arrived for me today first since stopping bc so least I can start tracking and hopefully have some idea of where my cycle is.

Caved and used the pregnancy test I've brought on holiday as it's cd36 and 12 days PO - totally BFN not even a hint of a line! So this is looking like a 40 day cycle 😭
