Negative tests..

I have no idea what's going on.
I'm now 5 days late,

I took a test when on the day my period was due because I was so sure and it was negative (first response 45 second test)

Im pretty sure it has to of been wrong because well I'm sick everyday & I'm pretty certain having already had 2 kids that what I'm feeling is happening, when I'm lying down in bed I can already feel a hard bump around my pelvic bone In my mind I'm guessing I'm around 3-4 weeks but..

Why would my test be negative am I overthinking or should I test again? I'm waiting for this period but.. i don't think it's coming.

(Should mention I've been feeling bedding in cramps too completely different from my usual period cramps I don't really get those until I'm actually on my period if that makes sense)

Have you taken any more tests?

I've taken 2 first response tests one the morning and then the late afternoon of the day my period was but because they were negative I left it, thinking my period would come.

But it hasn't. I'm just so confused think I'm gonna have to buy a Clearblue early detection tomorrow I can't handle this suspense any longer.

You wouldn't be able to feel a bump at 3-4 weeks. The blast would be less than the size of a poppy seed.

How closely do you track ovulation? If you ov late (which is super common and totally normal) af will be the same number of days late. If you got pregnant in a cycle with late ov, you wouldn't get a positive test until later also.

You might have a tummy bug? Have you suffered with hyperemesis gravardium in the past? 4 weeks is VERY early to be that sick (unless you get hg).
