Hello! I just want to say what happened to me because I remember how it feels to want a baby and I would love to help at least one person.
I had a couple of very early misscarriages and then stopped having periods. Bloodtests said very high testosterone and high fsh. doctor said I needed to see fertility specialist so booked in for that.
In the meantime I had refleoxolgy every week and accupuncture once a month and had a couple of sessions with a brilliant healer and happily discovered I was pregnant just before appointment with fertillity specialist! (3 months in total)
I especially recommend acupuncture for fertility problems and would say that the reflexology enhanced the treatments. Not everyone is into 'healers' but for me I know that helped too.

Acupuncture did it for me too - and I don't even believe in it!

Well I'm into my second month of accupuncture and cupping, started once a week for a month and now down to once a fortnight, had about 6 sessions. I've been ttc for about 18 months, it's a long, painful process but if I get any success I'll come back to you. In the meantime, I do feel better, healthier and slightly more relaxed about it all, which can't be a bad thing. Fingers crossed and huge congratulations to you manuka.

Janus - I also used a hypnoconception CD - very good if you have convinced yourself you can't get pregnant to convince yourself you can. If you've been trying for that long, might be worth a try.

That cd sounds bloody great! huge believer in mind over matter. Is there one for making lots of money?!!!!

Yes, but I'm not sure what happens if you give birth to several million (other than you get way more attention than usual from the midwives).

How high were your fsh levels if you don't mind me asking?

Can't remember now! Wrote it down at the time to ask sister (she's a doctor in USA). She said it was very high. Was too upset at the time to remember much about what was said! GP wasn't helpful so I was waiting to ask specialist who I luckily never had to meet.
Do you have high fsh??

Forgot to say Thankyou for the congratulations! Thats very kind but I really do feel it was the wonderful accupuncture lady and reflexology man and the lovely healer who did it all! I just sat there and cried most of the time!!!

A good friend oif mine has been told she won't conceive again (she has ds of 4) as her fsh levels are between 18-23 which isn't good. Am just looking for stories of inspiration for her!
