Back ache post-ovulation!

Hi everyone.

It's my second cycle TTC after coming off the pill (which I took for five months).

First cycle (which was basically a withdrawal bleed) I didn't notice much CM even during the time of ovulation, but this month it's been different; it was super watery (sorry for TMI) during the entire fertile window and I could just tell that I'm ovulating.

My fertile window finished yesterday and I've been experiencing a weird backache for the past 2 days. I worked out after ages around 5 days back so initially I thought I was sore from that but the rest of my body aches have subsided but this annoying backache is persistent. Ive never experienced this during or after ovulation time before. I've also been having random cramps on and off.

Does anyone else have this around 3-4 days dpo?

Hi yes! I do get this, I am not sure why and it isn't every month but it is a very achy lower back. I believe it is still part of ovulation so keep tracking if you aren't already to see whether this is common for you and fx for your ttc journey x

Thanks Smile I'm really hopeful this month so maybe I'm imagining a lot of things Grin
