Should I buy CBFM? Is it worth it?

Just that really has anyone got the clear blue fertility monitor? What do you think of it? I used to use one step opks which worked a treat but after 2 miscarriages my cycle is all over the place. Would the CBFM help? Or shall I try to wait my shitty irregular cycles out?? Not even sure I'm ovulating to be honest! But I've read cbfm can tell you this opposed to one step opks that just pick up a surge??

I used them and found them really helpful. I got bfp pretty quick x

It this the little box with the sticks you put into the machine?

Yakadee · 17/08/2018 15:48

I believe so. Gives you a flashing smileys face on high fertility days and static smiley when at peak x

I use one alongside cheap opk's, and to be honest, the only different thing I get from it is the really satisfying smiley face with the peak.

Also I've found sometimes it can be a little unreliable. Some months I get days and days of high, and others I get no high and it goes straight to peak. This cycle it's not registered my peak, even though I've had a very strong positive on an opk.

Hello, I’ve been using it since April. It identifies high fertility and peak fertility. It had done this for me each month. Sadly I have not fallen pregnant but that may be more to do with my age (41) or my partner ( I have two children already). I would recommend it to anyone.

Thankyou all wondering if the price is actually worth it instead of cheap opks.... And if there really is a mega difference x

I got mine 2nd hand on ebay, that made it a bit cheaper. The sticks cost a fortune though. I tend to only test now when I know its imminent and stop when I get the peak, and not the full 10 days per cycle that they advise. After the peak it's 2nd peak followed by 1 high, then lows automatically, regardless of what the stick says anyway

Ooh I was just about to post on here asking the same thing @xJune88 I've heard they are good but I have been looking online and can't see where I can buy the strips separately? I don't want to be buying and throwing out a plastic monitor every month!!
