So yesterday I felt odd, being the person I am I jumped straight to the fact I could be pregnant and did a test I had lying around- it was positive!
I did 2 more from a different brand (all negative) so went back to the brand before and got 3!!! More positives!
Woke up today and I'm spotting but I'm not due for 10 days..

Rather confused.

What brand were the negatives ?

I'd say you probably are if you've had a few positives ! Have you taken one today ?

If your period isn't due for 10 days, a pregnancy test wouldn't give you a positive. Are you sure you're not due earlier. Spotting can be normal though, I had it around the time of my missed period with my last pregnancy.

It really depends on the brand and if they were faint positives or super obvious lines? Can you post pics?

For now assume your pregnant because it's more likely to get false negatives (perhaps it's a less sensitive test) than false positives.

Is there any chance your dates are wrong? How long is this cycle supposed to be, could you have ovulated earlier?

I used first response and clear blue on the negatives..

Sainsbury's on the positives (I know they've got some bad publicity) but there was no squinting no faffing about straight up clear positive line all 3 times within seconds.

If it turns out that I'm not I will be writing a complaint to Sainsbury's.

Think I'm having a miscarriage, I'm so done with this baby stuff.
Nothing ever works out for me. 3 mc's in 5 months. I can't cope anymore I give up.
I'm clearly not meant to have a baby.

So sorry your having a shit time @Pugs1 Flowers

If it were me I would totally trust the frer's over Sainsbury's. Frer's are the most sensitive test on the market and very accurate. If they didn't pick up any hcg it's unlikely a cheap own brand test would. I had the same problem with Tesco own brand tests - I always get a clear positive on them even when not pregnant it's ridiculous! Out of interest are Sainsbury's tests blue or pink dye?

However if you were pregnant This would be classed as a chemical pregnancy as you're so early. You can try going to the gp if you've had three cp's and see if they will do tests?

How long have you been trying? I'm sure your time will come, life is just cruel and makes us wait 😤

Look after yourself today, whether you were pregnant or not the tests gave you the hope and excitement of a baby and it hurts just the same when it's taken away from you xxx
