Hiya everyone... a bit of a rant and need advice despite having two healthy pregancys .. so I'm ready for number three and so is my partner to add to our mad bunch!

It's a long one (grab a cup of tea!)
So we've been ready for another baby for a while and have been tracking everything but trying to keep it as relaxed as possible.

So obviously I've convinced myself each and every month for the past 4 months at least that I'm pregnant..and I have been stopped dead in my tracks when my period turns up on time

Now my last period wasn't the same .. despite this being the first month I haven't felt pregnant.. so what happened was I spotted the night before when checking cm only...not abnormal..the following day I had a period.. normal flow..no clots..next day spotting.. tbh around five days of spotting. Not enough for tampon or pad.

Whilst having it and Since this has ended I've been tired .. bit moody..had a metallic taste in my mouth from today.. and two different tests have given me a faint positive ... well I think they have but when you're desperately trying to conceive you know what it's like it could well be bugger all there and I've just reached a whole new level of syco this month!!

I don't really know why I'm posting I want balanced replies I don't just want to hear all about success I need to keep it real just in case.

But seriously why does literally everyone fall pregnant when your trying.. what the !? Grin

If you were over five weeks, you'd get a very positive test. I'm sorry to say 4 cycles is no time at all with ttc. It's very very average for it to take a year or more...

Hello! I'm either 3 or 5dpo and been TTC no3 for 15 months. Had a mc in that time too.
It's been incredibly hard on both of us but we stay optimistic about things. Despite a 10.4million sperm count and 1% motility!!
We are both getting to be experts on bloody supplements to help with sperm and egg quality that's for sure!
And for us, the shagging has improved and we plan our sessions and have a great time doing it.
We just so desperately want a sticky BFP and both of us get down from time to time crying with frustration at yet another CD1.

People always say "it will happen!"And "stop trying so hard!" And I just want to lamp those buggers because I'm 41 and dp has fertility issues!

You've probably just developed the dreaded 'line eyes' where you can see a line on every test even though there really isn't one! We are all guilty of that at some point on the ttc journey 😩
If you had a bleed when your period was due you're unlikely to be pregnant. You shouldn't get ewcm when pregnant either so I would take that as a sign your not and that ovulation is on the way.
4 months seems like forever when you really want a bfp but you could be trying for a lot longer yet so try to stay relaxed (easier said than done)!
