Hi,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

DH have just started TTC. This will be our second cycle. Initially used Flo but suspected it predicted ovulation too early - now using Ovia plus Clear Blue Digital OPKs.

Currently on CD12 - still no smiley face from the OPK. Going by the app, I suspected that I would have a smiley face today. EWCM yesterday.

Am I being impatient or is it likely that I've not ovulated this month?

Can anyone help please?

Keep going. The apps only use the data you enter and obviously don't know your body. I ovulate on CD17 of a 29 day cycle. The apps would have me O on CD15. I get a positive opk on CD16

@8DaysAWeek thank you... I hope I'm not being too impatient. It's impossible not to be!

Oh I know!! The whole TTC is one long wait. Just wait until you hit the 2ww! Torture!

Hi and welcome @HamiltonB 🙂
I would persist with the clear blue digital ovulation tests but don't loose faith with these, you will eventually get a solid smiley!
Last cycle I had over 7 days of a flashing smiley before it went solid...and then this cycle it jumped straight from low fertility to a solid smiley!

Good luck! x

@8DaysAWeek last month was bad enough and I knew there was a very small chance of actually conceiving 🙈

@MrsM2017 thank you! Is it worth investing in the advance ones? The one I have is just the solid smiley one
