Am I ovulating?

I have two children already took 2 years to conceive my dd, my ds came 18 months later. Now 2 years later here we are again I've been tracking my periods and ovulation etc, however according to Ovia i should be ovulating now but this is the test strip with just a faint line what does this mean?. It's barely noticeable

No you aren't ovulating according to the strip test
Line will be equal to or darker then the control line even on an ovulation test

So strange as this app is usually accurate regarding coming on etc, any others way i can know? I had a period the 30th of July finished the 6th. So no idea when it starts then Confused

I would bet that you will ovulate from 19-20th

It's only ten days since your period ended

What's mucus like? I ovulate around 13 days after my period

Yes so you're just coming Into a fertile stage now and like I said around the 19-20 th you may ovulate

Sperm can live up to one week inside the woman so the app is saying you have potential of conceiving if you have sex this week

PP, from what info can you make the assumption OP will O 19-20th??

OP, we need to know how long your cycles are usually. Also, did you take opks daily or twice daily prior to this one? An opk detects a surge which suggests ovulation happens 12-48 hours later. So if you were ovulating on the day you think you should have been, the surge will most likely have ended by then and you would get a negative test.

Hey I'm still getting postitve tests but a hell of a lot of cramping like period pain for the past two days I haven't seemed to have a surge yet where the test line has been as dark as the control line.

I'd say 20-21st from the chart but using dates alone is one of the most unreliable ways. Hopefully you got a positive opk after your OP :)

Well I have the most painful strong cramps in my belly they feel like contractions and I finally got my darkest shade on the ovulation strip so guessing today's the day. But If I don't have sex today will the past few days like Thursday count ?d

If the test line isn't as dark or darker than the control then it's negative. Even if it's darker than all your previous ones.

This one is darker than the control line or just a tad darker so I'm quite hopeful I'm just not sure if I'll get time tonight to do the deed so hopefully it'll be enough already Blush

Ok very bizzare apparently I ovulated yesterday. Today have two faints on a pregnancy test. My breasts are sore I feel faint I phoned 111 yesterday due to excruciating stomach cramps I have no idea what on earth is going on.

@anitagreen if you're getting a positive on a pregnancy test then you're pregnant. If you're having excruciating pains I would take yourself to hospital to get checked incase it's eptopic x

Tests have been positive and negative I've taken about 11 each one has been different nothing concrete like my previous pregnancies but something there. According to the app it says to take a test in 5 days time so I will. However I've had cramps in my belly like period cramps, sore breasts and nausea I'm also constantly gassy so I'm wondering if it was ovulation pain I had or something?

Back to the doctors this week too as it's all very conflicting. Maybe I had a few false positives on the pregnancy tests ?
