Hey everyone, I'm needing some advice really. I have recently had a 5cm dermoid cyst removed from inside my left ovary. The cyst was preventing ovulation from the left side and so we were ttc for 9 months before the operation (with no luck!) The doctor said that fertility should be optimum now (post op) and that she preserved the eggs. I am wondering a) how quickly you have become pregnant after similar surgery and b) whether anyone knows how likely it is that the operated ovary will be ovulating like normal or when it might start ovulating properly again? I should have asked the doctor these questions! Thanks for your help ladies ❤️
