I'm ttc came off the pill then 2nd July bled the 4th and had nothing since had the symptoms of af coming around the 5th august but no bleed did a test yesterday and negative went on pill after little one was born feb 2017 so around 18 months periods were normal before pregnancy just never experienced this before I've been on cerzertte. I've also in the past been on the injection and the implant both removed and periods went back to normal straight away

It takes time for your body to do what the pill was controlling. It can take up to a year to become regular (but generally is less time than that).

Patience.

How overweight? Not that this will help with periods, but getting to a healthy weight before pregnancy might make it easier for you during pregnancy - but I'm sure you know that.
