Hi,
I'm a long time lurker but this is my first post.
Iv been ttc since may this year, my cycles have been spot on at 28 days. I am now 5 days late and had 3 negative tests? Could I still be pregnant? Any advice?

Hi, I know how you feel. Negative tests, cd36 today. Have all the symptoms but not the confirmation. Fingers crossed for you x

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 17:23

I have some symptoms to but I don't know if that's because I "think" I'm pregnant. Could it still be possible even though I'm getting negative tests? X

Do you have any idea when you ovulated?

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 19:11

Around 24th July according to the Flo app? X

@KaidensMum12 hey sorry to butt in, do you think the flo app is accurate? It has been with me and my periods have been bang on the date tbh but ttc for months so hopefully im ovulating the right time as what the apps telling me?

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 19:31

@saze4 I'm not to sure. I downloaded it in may when I started ttc my periods have come bang on 28 days. However this month I am now 5 days late and have what I think are pregnancy symptoms but I'm getting negative tests? I'm worried because I have had a molar pregnancy in the past as well as 3 miscarriages. Do you think it's accurate regarding ovulation?

OP posts:
saze4 · 14/08/2018 19:37

@KaidensMum12 i always thought how can an app know your body but with it being correct with period dates surely ovulation is right as well? I hope so haha! What tests are you using? Try again in a couple of days

ttcat32 · 14/08/2018 19:39

@KaidensMum12 did you have any other symptoms of ovulation at the same time the App was telling you you would be? It's not accurate for me but my cycles are all over the place so not the best example.

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 19:39

@saze4 yeah I know lol! I hope so to! I'm just using the ones from Tesco. What about you? I'm booked to see my doctor tomorrow because of my previous history so hoping she will give me some answers

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 19:40

@ttcat32 tbh I don't know what other signs to look out for Iv just been going by the app?

OP posts:
saze4 · 14/08/2018 19:49

@KaidensMum12 i keep googling stuff and getting my hopes up it says cm is white and creamy before ovulation but i cant remember it being like that so now i'm wondering if i have even ovulated ... this is so stressful Shock first response tests are better i think

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 19:52

@saze4 yeah I can't remember it being like that either? I have had 1 successful pregnancy I have a 3 year old so I have hope my body knows what to do lol however I have been back on the pill since so am thinking it may take a while to get back to normal. Are you late for your period?

OP posts:
saze4 · 14/08/2018 19:57

@KaidensMum12 yeah it probably will if you've just came off the pill! No i'm not late due in 12 days but according to my app i ovulated 3 days ago dtd (tmi more than once each time) 3 days before the day before on the day and day after now i'm worried incase the app is wrong been ttc for months now

ttcat32 · 14/08/2018 19:58

It's my first month trying so I'm no expert but from what I've read some / most would notice a change in their cm prior to ovulation. Others who are tracking temperatures get changes, some people can feel cramps etc. Everyone is different though x

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 20:01

@saze4 I was hopeful because since coming off the pill in may my periods were coming the same time each month but now this month I'm late. I do feel different but I don't know if that's wishful thinking. Fingers crossed you get your positive soon! X

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 20:02

@ttcat32 ok il have a read and maybe track ovulation another way. Thank you. X

ttcat32 · 14/08/2018 20:30

@KaidensMum12 hopefully you will get your bfp and won't have to! X

KaidensMum12 · 14/08/2018 20:34

@ttcat32 thank you! Hopefully it won't be long before you get yours too. Good luck! X

OP posts:
saze4 · 19/08/2018 14:17

This test came up positive tried with an early response a few hours later and cane up negative very confused! I did test very early though

Help Please
KaidensMum12 · 19/08/2018 15:57

@saze4 I would say your pregnant then? Surely? I'm now on 10 days late and tests have all been negative. What test was it that you got the positive?

OP posts:
sunshine1987 · 19/08/2018 17:08

@saze4 it wasn't accurate for me. It takes the average and without adding in data for CM, temp, OPK's it goes on the basis of everyone ovulating day 14 of a 28 day cycle. I ovulate day 17 so was out by three days so missing the most fertile days

sunshine1987 · 19/08/2018 17:10

Sorry my apps playing up and posted a comment I tried to make Tuesday so probably won't make a lot of sense, sorry!!
