First AF after miscarriage

Had a miscarriage 17.6.18. Heavy bleeding for 8 days then nothing.

Nothing carried on until last week when I had 3 days of spotting (tue to third). Very tiny amounts of brown discharge.

I thought i ovulated around 16. 7.18 due to seeing ewcm.

We haven’t used protection. We have had sex. Tested last Sunday and it was negative.

So has anyone else had a weird just spotting no red blood at all style AF after a miscarriage please? It’s been 8 weeks now.

All I can tell you is that after my mc I didn’t have proper af for a few months. I had some light bleeding in between but not a normal period. I think sometimes it takes a while to get back to normal. My mc was in April and I didn’t have a period until 3 weeks ago. Sorry you’re going through all this xx
