Pregnacare Preconception - messed up cycle?

Has anyone taken these and it has messed up their cycle?

I’ve been like clockwork for years, 27/28 day cycle and for the last 2 months I’ve taken these I’ve had one really long cycle 34 days and started spotting last Friday a week before my period is due this month if my cycle is normal again.

I almost always have a 28 day cycle but the week I started Pregnacare preconception vits I got AF 4 days early so my cycle was only 24 days. May be a coincidence but I felt nauseous every time I took them and there’s a lot of info online about it

Yep I have long cycles and it took a while for me to regulate after stopping the pill. I had 3 consecutive 33day cycled then took Pregnacare and missed my period and had a 73day cycle. I dont know if Pregnacare or coming off the pill was the reason but I stopped taking it after reading about it messing up cycles for others. Now my cycles are usually between 30 and 40 days long. I only take the Seven Seas folic acid multi vit tablets now.

@DontCareBear thanks for replying. Still waiting for my period to start this month, had lots of spotting. Thought it had started last night at about midnight but I’ve woken up this morning to nothing! Hopefully now the vitamins have gone I should regulate again for next month! X
