What day would you put as "ovulated" ?

I got an almost positive with 2pm urine on Thursday, then a definite positive in the evening. Tested to make sure yesterday, lines were fainter.

My question is, if the positive was Thursday evening, then negative Friday afternoon, would you say you ovulated Thursday or Friday? I know the positive is detecting the surge and not actual ovulation so I'm never sure what day ovulation would be

I would say Friday. I count ovulation as the day after a positive/peak OPK

It's impossible to say. Most people count it the day after as it's on average 24 hours later. Only temping will confirm. Completely ignore when it turned negative as that has nothing to do with when you actually ovulate.
