Weird cycle (trigger)

I had a miscarriage on 17.6.18. Didn’t test positive in the first place and the embryo only showed up on a scan trying to figure out what was going on. Miscarriage a week later.

Haven’t had a period since. I have had spotting beginning of this week but that was tiny amounts of brown stuff for just a few days that has now stopped entirely. I did have signs I was ovulating week if the 16.7.18 but that was 3 weeks ago. So far tests negative.

Anyone got any idea wtf is going on or experienced a cycle like this please?

I had surgery for a mmc on 18 April. 6 weeks later I got my period. Since then, absolutely nothing. Tests are all negative. Doc said to come back if no period in 3 months. It's a complete nightmare. I just want my body to go back to normal!
