I've been trying to concieve and last month I had sharp pains during ovulation that actually stopped me at work and me yell out! And some spotting. I figured it was ovulation. I had my period like normal. Then a few days after my period I got a really bad pain, like the whole day it hurt so much to step on my left foot. Like it hurt my ovary area so much. And I had really bad cramps. Then when I had sex a few days later I bled alot. And it was fresh blood. This is two weeks before my period is due. Now I have lower back ache and headaches. I went to the doctor for an exam and I bled when she did swabs. She said the opening of my womb (so I guess cervix?) is red and inflammed. It hurts when I pee so they gave my antibiotics for a uti. I'm waiting for a hospital referral. I'm so tired, the fatigue is crazy.
Does anyone know what this could mean? I'm really worried I have something wrong with my cervix. And I won't get pregnant. My period is due in two weeks, and I'll do a test. But I'm worried I have cervicitis or something, and what if Im pregnant and have this?

No real advice, sorry, but I would push for further testing, including an ultrasound. I had really strange pains while TTC the first time around, but doctors always fobbed me off. When I got pregnant, I found out I had a massive fibroid, and it was the likely culprit for the pain. Luckily it didn't affect my pregnancy in any way, but I would definitely push for more tests and investigations into your pain.
