Soy isoflavones

I’m currently taking soy isoflavones I’m taken them cycle day 2-6 I read that it brings ovulation earlier.

What cycle day did you ovulate with them? How early did it bring ovulation forward for you?

Haven't tried hem but keen to hear if it works for you OP. I only have a 10 day luteal phase and trying for 8 months, so would be something I'd consider trying too

You can try progesterone cream to lengthen your luteal phase

Thanks so much for the tip, will check this out and ask my doc about a prog test when I have some other blood tests next week
