I read somewhere that you shouldn’t start a new exercise routine while ttc.
Does anyone know much about this?
I’ve been ttc for a really long time and want to start doing some running and exercise classes but obviously won’t if it will hinder my chances of getting pregnant.
FYI, I currently walk 2 miles a day and live a healthy lifestyle in general. I just feel that starting something new would allow me to focus on something else...
