Blood tests

My doctor has referred me for day 1-5 and day 21 bloods however, i'm cycle day 46 no sign of normal af which should of arrived 29-32

She said to go for a test in a week or so if my af hasn't arrived

has anyone had this

I am having these tests this cycle.

My last cycle was 56 days + and I was told I would just have to wait until my period arrived to have the tests. I've done the 1-4 and now waiting till Friday for my day 21 tests.

It's so frustrating waiting! Although I'm not sure what good doing the bloods in a week is if nothing has happened yet. For mine it was testosterone and progesterone on 1-4 and I think it will be the same on Friday. Basically they are checking for ovulation progesterone spike during days 19-21.

It's so confusing! I just want to know the outcome so I can move forward.

was so sure i managed to fall pregnant last month with af being late but negative tests etc so just want to move on

Day 1-4 should also test for fsh and lh. Progesterone then is moot.

Day 21 should just be progesterone.
