Pregnant on pill?

I missed a few pills at the start of my pack and about 3 throughout and I was meant to come on my withdrawal bleed yesterday but there's no sign of it. I am having a lot of whiteish discharge and I've read that can be a sign of pregnancy at a missed period. I'm just wondering if this would also happen at a missed withdrawal bleed as I know it's not a real period? I'm going to test today but as it could have happened at any time in the month, it could still be too early to show. Any advice? TIA!

It definitely can happen. I got pregnant twice on the pill - once microgynon, once loestrin and I took them at 8am every day without fail. Gynae told me "yes it happens"

Even if you missed a few pills you're chance of being pregnant would still be relatively low because the pill would still mostly be in your system if you took your pill most days.

However it does make the pill much less effective if you haven't taken them everyday as usual, and if you're trying to avoid pregnancy you should 100% be making sure you're not missing any pills. there's always the chance you might be pregnant if you've missed your period. Only way to know is to take a test!

I remember when I was on the pill (Femodene) some months I would be 5 or 6 days into my 7 day pill free break before I'd get any kind of bleeding and sometimes it would be very light. Sometimes the pill does crazy things to our bodies, so a missed period may not necessarily mean your pregnant, having said that, i do think you should take a pregnancy test.

Completely possible. Take a test. You shouldn't miss any pills in first week of your cycle and no more than two elsewhere.

I had four losses on the pill and one on the mini pill whilst breastfeeding. I used to take mine like clockwork: so yes it’s possible! Hope you get the result you want.
