Flashing smiley then mid-cycle bleeding???

Had my first flashing smiley on cd 13 up until this morning (cd16) but just had bleeding when went for wee. If ovulation bleeding why didn't I get a solid smiley??? Anyone experienced this?

Sometimes opks don't detect the surge before ovulation because for some people and some cycles it's really short. That doesn't mean it isn't ov bleeding (would likely be quite light).

Thanks @physicskate yes it is very light and now just brown when I wipe but very very light.

Could I still get flashing smiley after ovulation? I am still bleeding a little bit but did another cb opk and there is a flashing smiley. I'm so confused. I guess maybe I missed the solid smiley if I have actually ovulated.
