Flashing Smiley is mocking me! Help!

I am on day 8 of the Clear blue flashing smiley face on their ovulation monitor. Has anyone else had similar and gone on to get a static, or could it be broken or I am I messing it up somehow? 🙈 any flashing smiley advice would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Me! My first month I got loads (think it might have been 11!) but did get a static. I actually really liked these, once I'd got used to it the next month was better as I think I started testing too early. X

I got 7 days of a flashing smiley last month before it finally went solid - and this cycle, no flashing at all!!! Straight from low fertility to solid smiley face?!

That's good to know it's not just me then! I will try and refrain from chucking it out the window if it starts flashing at me again! 🙈
