TTC and in my fertile window and have put my back out. No way can I even get a bit jiggy with it.

Anyone here have success with a (sterile) syringe and a cup, or do I write this month off?

I've gone for it this month as DH gets performance anxiety. I should be able to let you know if it has been a (big fat)positive experience in a couple of days.

DH came directly into the syringe, then very gently put tge plunger in and expelled the air by holding it on it's side. I kept it in afterwards for a bit to minimise leaking!

At the end of the day, its such a small window where it can possibly lead to pregnancy and the cycles seems so long. We just decided to get over our hangups and get on with it!

Good idea re holding it in! Might try same.

Random one but if you can bring yourself to orgasm afterwards it'll open your cervix and give you a better chance- this is what my friend was advised using a sperm donor....good luck!

Will bear this in mind! Thankfully DH is extremely helpful in this regard.

Still only about 3 dpo. I had some spotting but probably too early for implantation and definitely too early for AF. Keeping everything crossed!

congratulations @sharedlife and @validuser i literally have just got done with this, i am so nervous my anxiety is on 100, i inseminated every day throughout my fertile window on my peak day and ovulation day.. i really hope it works for you... ive got back ache, strange metallic taste in my mouth and a pulling down sensation on my tummy but its literally happened only a few days ago so i just dont see how it could be anything relevant... good luck!!!!

@LuAliceD I'm doing the exact same thing! I had spotting, I'm weepy and sicky and easily up a cup size (DH agrees). But it's too early and pretty sure it's psychological! 😂

@validuser LOOOL exactly the same here i even have an excessive amount of saliva i was just saying to my friend i get a slight boob itch and im like ahhhh its happened..but i know i need to chill out because it is just waaaay too soon! it def is on my end we agreed to forget about it for now as it would be way to harsh to come back down from if not. when can you check i can on the 24th aug

oh wow, lucky you..sorry bit of a silly question but how do you pinpoint the ovulation day because i had a rise in my LH surge for 2 days and then after it went away on the third day so is that the ovulation day? if so then OVU was yesterday so im only 1 day past ovulation LOL

Apparently you go from the first positive as long as test line is darker than control.
