Hi :) this is my first post so please be gentle with me if I’ve missed stuff out (or put too much in!)
So, I took a test yesterday morning, drove myself insane trying to work out if I could see a very very light line or I was imagining it (I swear trying actually messes with your sanity) so put it to one side to come back to later. Few hours later came back to see a thin, blue line where the positive result would be. Now, this is a Sainsbury’s test, which I’ve since read are not the most reliable. Was just wondering if anyone else has had a result like this that was actually negative. Done a first response test this morning and I THINK there’s a very light line in it but if there is it’s extremely faint. I’m still 2 days before due day! Thanks in advance, Bec x

Hi, because you left it a few hours it can give a false reading, i would test again on your due date or after.

You can't trust it. Sainsbury's tests are terrible for doing that.

Just buy a decent pink dye test.

Yeah I wouldn't count the Sainsbury's one but if there's a faint line on the first response you could be ! It would be faint at this point because you're not late yet. Test again in a few days (I know it's so hard to wait lol ) good luck !
