Does irregular cycles mean PCOS?

Hi. Since coming off the combined pill in February 2017, my cycles have never been regular. For the first year they varied from 32-45 days. The last 4 cycles have been between 29-35 days. I'm now on CD41. BBT showed temp shift at CD39. Last cycle I ovulated CD20.
With my cycles being so irregular, is it cause for concern? I know I am definitely ovulating as I've had day21 bloods done.
Been TTC#2 for 18 months now so just wondering if there were other issues.
Hope that all makes sense!

My cycles were all over the place after the pill...anything from 27 to 88 days! I had scans and blood tests and they couldn't find any reason for why I was irregular, everything came back completely normal, which was so frustrating!

Finally managed to conceive last month after 13 months, ovulated day 33 and I'm pretty sure I only caught it by using Ovusense last month. So id recommend that, it was my first month using it!

Thanks for the reply. Congratulations. That gives me some hope.
Just so frustrating having longer cycles, feel like there's less chance to get pregnant!

I hear ya. It's really tough, but it's great news that you actually ovulate! I wasn't sure I even did tbh.

The Dr told me long cycles don't mean you're less fertile, it's just harder to catch the egg.

Yeh that's true. We try to DTD every other day so this cycle has been very tiring! Could use a break!!
