I've been trying SMEP this week and have been doing my OV tests later at night as I heard I'm not supposed to do them with FMU?

Anyway today is the first weekend so far so I'm off work. Just tested using second morning urine and this was the result. The ones later at night hardly even had a hint of a line. Is this only because it's earlier in the morning and not actually that I'm probably getting closer to ovulation? I'm on CD 15.

Totally desperate for a BFP this month 😣🤞🏼🤞🏼

I know it's totally negative at the moment!

Hiya

I've heard the best time of day to test is 2pm but you should do 2 a day. I'm going to do 2pm and 6pm , that's what I did last time I TTC. Most people get stronger lines in the afternoon but you might be different ! You could maybe do a few a day to judge when's best for you, but yeah don't use fmu. Your urine always has traces of LH in and it'll be more concentrated first thing in the morning so likely to show higher levels of LH even though you're not near ovulation
