Has anybody tried the Pregnacare his and hers? I’ve bought them today, we’ve been trying for a baby for just over a year now with no luck and I will try anything ☹️

Not tried them yet but we're trying them this month too. We've been trying over a year as well. I'm not expecting them to work miracles but DH has a pretty poor diet and lifestyle so I'm hoping vitamins will somewhat make up for that. I've used a mix of centrum and pregnacare conception and prefer pregnacare as seems better for my hair/skin/nails, but can't confirm on the pregnancy front obviously!

I got my BFP this week after over 2 years of trying (we were due to start fertility treatment this week) we have been using these about 10 weeks now. There have been a few other changes though this month with DH coming off a medication he has been on for years and also a relaxing holiday at just the right time and he was taking a different multi vitamin prior to these.

Yes that’s what I keep thinking, I don’t expect them to work miracles either, Ive read so many good things about them, I just don’t want it to boost my hopes up and not do a thing ☹️ Anything is worth a try isn’t it, aww it’s so frustrating isn’t it, I hope everything works out for you.!

The other things I've tried the last few months have been hypnofertility tracks on utube and reflexology self treatment. Don't know if they helped but worth a try for free.

Triskaidekaphilia · 04/08/2018 15:44

I was seeing a nutritionist and on top of various dietary suggestions she also recommended reflexology, plus some vitamins I can't afford, but said the cheaper ones are still beneficial. I did a detox diet she gave me and my last cycle was 29 days instead of 35-50. But I've tried a lot of things so can't pinpoint what exactly has improved things.

I tried those after 3 years ttc.

Had more or less given up. Ds is sat at the side of me watching youtube, conceived a month after starting them.

Probably complete coincidence. Or they actually helped. Who knows?

But I bought a 3 month supply. Obviously switched to prenatal vits once I got my bfp. Dh stopped taking his. When we moved house when ds was 12 months I found them at the back of the cupboard and binned them just in case it happened again 😂😂

My DH swears that it was the pregnacare that helped with DS2 (conceived 5 weeks after taking them, trying for 17months) and DS3. He recommended them do someone else and they also fell pregnant.

We’ve got none of the men’s stuff left but there’s a random box of pregnacare women left in the pantry. DH pops a view if he’s feeling a bit run down and thinks they’re a miracle drug Grin

Shock This is really interesting. There are people on boots reviews saying the same thing. Maybe there is something to it... We've been taking them for about a week, in TWW now so hoping I'll have a similar story soon Smile
