Hi all. On my second month of ttc. Got a positive from my ovulation test yesterday and had sex but today I've had awful cramping pains in my lower back, abdomen and almost a pinching sensation. I usually had very mild ovulation pains but this never usually happens! Has anyone experienced the same?? Wondering if it's because I conceived?? I never knew when I fell pregnant the first time as it wasn't planned so don't know what to expect! Any help is appretiated. Thanks x
