My graph: Correlation between BFP and Fitbit resting heart rate

Happy Friday ladies! :) So I thought I would share this with you as there have been a few posts on the Internet on "can Fitbit predict pregnancy"? In my case, the resting heart rate was a good indicator.

The first dip should be ovulation (a bit later than expected, around July 19th), the second dip implantation (around July 24th) and now my resting heart rate keeps going up (whereas normally, after a period, it should go down). I got my BFP on Monday 30 with FRER and Tuesday 31 with Clearblue, which makes it approx 11DPO-12DPO (which should be right as the FRER line was visible but not very dark).

I thought I would just put this out there!

Have a good weekend

Very cool - and CONGRATS! I've just started adding my RHR to my ff chart - it follows the BBT pretty clearly

@sunpickle this is amazing! I have just added my heart rate as custom numerical data to FF but do you know how I add it to the graph? It just shows in the bottom section at the moment.

Hey - I think it is with the chart duo function. Took me a while to figure out.
