BFN, but AF late?

Okay, so I'm 3 days late today. I did a test Sunday morning (one of the cheap strip ones from boots) and got a BFN.

Haven't tested since as keep having mild tummy cramps like AF is just about to arrive, but then it doesn't.

Could my cycles just be getting longer (on CD37 today)? Or could it be I didn't ovulate this month and I'm skipping my period?

No advice. Just wanted to say that I didn't get my bfp until I was 6 days late.. you're not out to AF is in 🍀
