SMEP This month? On CD 10!

Anybody else trying SMEP this cycle?

First cycle trying it for us.

TTC since Jan 18' (4th real cycle - PCOS)
I'm 25.

Go through stages where I feel totally chill about not being pregnant/having a baby then other days where literally all I think about is holding my own baby. Trying not to get too down about it as in the grand scale 8 months isn't long in TTC world but the unknown about ovulation etc makes me overthink!

I'm on CD 10, BD'd on Saturday (cd 8) and will start ovulation testing tonight.

As I do have PCOS so this might not work for me but I'm sure DH will be happy lol! I don't know if I'm ovulating at all. Had cd 1-4 bloods done and will get Day 19-21 done on the 10th aug. Trying our hardest regardless 🤞🏼.

Hi OP we are trying this plan this month I got slightly ahead of myself though and we started BDing on 3rd day and I did the OPK tests too early as well - 9th day but good job I did as it turned out I was ovulating we are now in the every day part of the plan. We had two failed ivfs and three miscarriages before pfb so I'm waiting to see if this plan will work for us. Good luck!!
