Period late by 4/5 days but negative tests?

So I'm 4/5 days late on me period. The last time I had sex was before I broke up with my OH and he put the condom on at the last minute. He said none went inside but my periods have been regular now for about a year ( they were irregular before this) but they been like 32 days like clockwork. This month it's not arrived nas I'm worried I could be pregnant but all tests are negative. Can I be rest assured that I am not and this is Just a late period? Or does it take longer for it to become positive although it's bebem 4/5 days since I missed my period .

Also just to add when I was in the shower 2 days ago, two tiny jelly like clots came out but no other blood? Which I found strange

A breakup could cause you to ovulate late and this delay your period. Did you last have sex over two weeks ago? If so, it's reasonably safe to say you aren't pregnant.
