First response pregnancy test

Hi all,

My AF is due in 3 days and couldn’t resist doing an early detection pregnancy test today which was negative. Has anybody had experience with using them?

I’m 10 or 11 days dpo so was hoping if I am pregnant the HGC would’ve been detected by now.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I did a FRER with my last pregnancy at around 10dpo and I had a bfn but then I waiting until af was a day late and then used a digital clear blue and got my bfp :)

It’s probaby still a little early maybe wait a couple of days and try again and if it’s still a bfn then wait until just after af is due!!

I’m currently 3dpo ttc no2 and I’m going mad! I know I need to wait but I know as soon as I get to 10dpo I just won’t be able to stop myself from testing 🙈

I couldn’t help but take another today and it was negative again🙈 AF is due Wednesday so I will wait then to test again! Good luck xx

Exactly the same as the other lady! I did a FRER and negative just done a clear blue digital today and got a bfp! Xxx

Depends if you've implanted yet. Frer will show at 7,8,9dpo for some but if implantation doesn't happen until 12dpo you won't get a positive until 13dpo at he absolute earliest.

Do what I'm saying is, you not be out yet.

I took my first FRER a week ago - BFN. Binned it, didn't think twice about it. On Sunday night I was emptying the trash bin and I couldn;t resist having another peek... .and there was the faintest line. I thought it could be evaporation, but then I tested positive the next day on FRER. Morale: it's not over until Auntie Flo comes!

I got a response 12dpo with a FRER

Everybody’s different. With FRER I had a positive at 6dpo but my friend took until 16dpo to get the same. It depends on how quickly your hormones are going up. Mine went up rapidly (and I was as sick as a dog for seven long months)
