Should I be worried?

TTC first baby cycle 4.

I'm 7DPO and I've had cramping since 4DPO but yesterday and today it's quite bad, to the point I'm in bed with the hot water bottle. Naturally I'm googling everything and seeing it could be implantation or AF signs... but I'm getting a little concerned as I've never had cramps this bad at this stage of the cycle, they're very much on par with very bad period pains but paracetamol isn't touching them.

Anyone had anything similar or got any advice?

Side note; I tested this morning with a FRER (too early I know!) and got a suuuuuper faint line which then disappeared.

Thanks x

No, you shouldn't be worried. Drink more water (but then don't be surprised when you start wearing more. There is literally nothing you can do.
