What does it mean if my bbt is really high post ovulation

Hi I'm not sure if anybody else had this. I've looked at different forums noone mentions a temp that is this high. This morning I was 37.10c° post ovulation by 10 days. I don't feel ill at all. Am I pregnant , I don't want to take the test until after my period dates as I'm not sure it would show anything regardless . Also I'm 37.5c° when I ovulate.
Am I normal?

Can you post a picture of your chart?

You can only compare your temperature with your temperature over the cycle, not with anyone else’s. If you’re still in your follicular phase it should still be 0.5oC + higher than your pre ovulation temp.

What's the follicle stage again @wheezing. Read so much things today I'm over loaded Grin. And not really @halfbloodprincess it's a bit patchy as some morning I forget and I move then I've missed the slot but generally my normal is 36.5 -36.8 then ovulation 37.5. post is 37.2-37.4.

BBT can't confirm pregnancy (or I read somewhere you need like 30+ high temps by which point you've had a positive test!). My temps rise and rise then all of a sudden drop the day before or day of AF.

Also, if it's just one really high temp it could be a one off and caused by some other reason.

So at 37.10 it’s gone down then. That might be the fall that comes a day or two before a period or it might just be a blip and you’ll be back up to 37.5+ tomorrow.

Oh yeah right enough @wheezing. I missed that. Do you mean you're 36.5C at O, OP?

Falling 0.7oC in one day generally means to expect a period. Or an incorrect reading.
