Has anyone else found that the heatwave has had an effect on their BBT measurements? My temp is currently about 0.3°c higher than it is usually at 11dpo looking at my overlays yet I don't think I am pregnant as I have had some of my usual slight spotting, which stopped entirely with my only pregnancy (mc), and an ic was negative yesterday?
Just wondering if anyone has had similar to stop my brain getting cautiously excited despite the fact I should probably know better (cycle 12 😢)
