Anyone had this? It's actually been quite painful, feels very much like period pains but much too early. Not sure if I should be worried or if it could be an early sign of pregnancy? Xx

Me, I have this! I'm 7 DPO and have had it since I've ovulated which I've never had before. I always get ovulation pain for normally a day or two but nothing like this. I don't know if I should be worried either and not sure it could be pregnancy related as it's so early. Who knows?!

I get it with pregnancy - but also before AF! So many of the very early signs are the same as AF symptoms. It sucks!

Annoyingly I had it last month! Between 6-8dpo strong period like cramps. Was so sure it meant something but AF arrived a week later. Never had it before. Still think it could have been something that never materialised but I'll never know!

Cramps and backache were some of my first clues. I'd never start with cramps until a day or so before af so wondered if I was starting early. Thankfully got my bfp x good luck x
