In the bum, horrific diarrhoea and cramping badly!!
In the vag, stinging cervix

What to do? Alternative days? It's driving me crazy.

How long have you been using them? When I first first used them I got diarrhoea but it passed and I didn't get it again even when I started again after a break. I am a back door user.
