Implantation Bleed or just withdrawal bleed?

Just for background, I've been on microgynon 30 for the past 4 years, I briefly came off it for max 2 months and got pregnant with my first child, i went back onto the pill 3 weeks after she was born and took it religiously up until the past few months where I have been a scatterbrain with it, i.e. not taking it at the right time after my break meaning there have been 7-8 days where I haven't been protected. The other day me and my partner decided I should come off the pill as its affecting my mental health, 3 days ago, my boobs are slightly sore and I've had mild cramping and light bleeding, I've done a pregnancy test and it came negative but it was last night and not a first wee AM test, so I'm wondering if its just withdrawal bleed or whether it could be implantation bleeding. I had no symptoms with my first daughter but had a few bad implantation pains, I didn't find out until I was 12 weeks gone with her. What does anyone think?

I would think this would be a withdrawal bleed, although I would retest in a couple of days with your first wee of the day. Good luck!
