Progesterone tests low? Help x

So on Thursday I had my bloods done to see if I ovulate, then on Sunday I got what I think is a positive test, I also got a positive Monday. I will add photo in comments. I rang today for my blood results today and the doctor said I don’t ovulate my progesterone level under is under 1.

I’m confused because I think I may have ovulated just later than I should have so that could be why they were low? Or should they have been higher the lead up to ovulation?

You should have that test 7 days after you think you've ovulated. Are your cycles at all regular?

Yes I always get my period every 29 days apart from my last one it was a week late and that never happens x

Progesterone starts to rise after ovulation. As per PP, it usually reaches a peak level 7 days after ovulation. X
