I admittedly do have some health anxiety as I have a chronic illness which has pretty much been under control for the last couple of years. I am excited to catch pregnant but also scared of feeling really poorly again. I know that dehydration is a big no no for me.
I wondered if anyone has any tips? I plan to go and see my GP regards my worries however my GP knows little about my condition- I could see my consultant but don't want to bother him which is probably me just worrying too much.
Has anyone tried the diclegis or making their own with b6 and anti histamine?
