If too, but when?

*Hello!

I'm just seeking some advice really - this is all very new too me.

We would like to "try" and start a family, fingers crossed.

We are going to Sri Lanka next year for a holiday, and hoping to stop my pill a month before, and see what happens.

Would it be safe to try while there, so you think, as my two ovulation weeks are 2 weeks before we leave for Sri Lanka and 1 week when we are back I The UK.

I just thought it would be a good time to start trying if we can.

I just heard Sri Lanka hold meleria, but also, would I have symptoms while on holiday if for example we conceived two weeks before?

Hi - the thing I would check into is Zika. They don't (or didn't - I'm not that up to date with the advice) advise travel to countries with Zika for pregnant women or those wanting to conceive.

If there is Zika then the recommendation last year was to wait 6 months after going to check you don't have symptoms.

They have zika so you shouldn't try for 6 months after that

Something I do need to look into further now.

Unfortunately zika is pretty much everywhere and ruining honeymoons and holidays for millions of couples trying to conceive!

You have to wait 6 months after returning or go somewhere without zika.

Exciting places I found to go which don't have it are Mauritius and Oman.

Also South Africa, Dubai, Qatar and I think not all of the Caribbean??
