TTC after being on the pill

Hi,
Been off the pill for 8 months, periods only returned in the last 3 months and really irregular. Anyone else took a long time to regulate after being on the pill? I'm not even sure if I'm ovulating as I've been tracking my cycle and symptoms, doing everything as we should in the bedroom and all the other things recommended when TTC like vitamins, no drinking etc, and nothing. Finding it so hard when my friends are announcing pregnancies with no trouble, and we are so desperate with nothing but being let down month after month.

I know 8 months isn't long, and other people have gone through worse (sending love and best wishes) but I just really dont have anywhere else to kinda get all this out, don't even know what my question is!

Wishing you all luck on your TTC journey. Xxx

It's very normal for your cycle to be irregular up to a year of coming off hormonal birth control. You're normal!! Even though it feels shit... do you use opks? Track bbt??

I've been using the Flo app but not BBT, think I may start though. Thank you, I know it's all normal, it's just hard seeing our friends begin trying and get pregnant straight away, especially when I can tell with my body it's just not going to happen x
