My GP has referred me for transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound. Timing versus cycle day wasn't discussed but just realized the date of the appt will be halfway through my period - am sure they should still be able to perform it but am wondering if it perhaps will not show as much (eg not much info on lining thickness I suppose!)?Can anyone advise if the timing of the scan matters (and if it does, when is best time in your cycle to go, if I am able to rearrange)? Thank you!
