According to my Dh - yes! According to me - no!

I read somewhere that you shouldn't BD a couple of days before your ovulate (ie day14) to build up the sperm count, but what if you miscounted and missed your vital window!!

BD for all your worth!!

For ds we did it every night for a fortnight, sometimes twice if we could manage it

The docs and research say that every other day gives the sperm time to regroup! Every day can be too often, just like once a week can be too little! Every other day ... go for it
