First period after depo, I don’t have a clue what’s going on!

Hi,

I stopped depo in October 2017. I had my first period which was very heavy (I was soaking both tampon and pad every couple of hours) on the 3rd July and it lasted 4 days. On the 16th July I noticed a lot of clear stretchy mucus when I went to the loo and then yesterday when I got in bed I thought I had wet myself there was so much of the stuff so I have assumed that I am ovulating. I haven’t been able to sleep for a few days now despite being tired all day and this evening I have got pain in one side of my lower abdomen, lower back ache like crazy and ‘busy’ legs.

I don’t have a clue what is going on with my body. Is it just kick starting back into working after a long time on depo?!

Has anyone else experienced symptoms like this?
