So it is saying i ovulated on sat, however i was out on sat night drinking.. but when my temp stayed up on sunday i thought maybe i actually did ovulate, however this big drop now and both apps are confirming ovulation. Anyone any idea what the big drop is? Is there a chance i could actually ovulate or does this look like the real thing

Hard to say for sure, but I did get a big dip like that at 4 and 5 dpo on my bfp cycle. It went straight back up at 6dpo, so I guess you'll have to wait and see what it does tomorrow. Did you do any opk's?

Ovulation is detected when there’s 3 higher temps following a low.

I also have a dip after ovulation though not as low. It’s to do with oestrogen levels.

@cleozeta so frustrating i really dont know what is going on! I did 2 opks on sunday i will attach them, my gp told me to stay away from them as i have pcos. They are darkest lines iv had so far

@TheHalfBloodPrincess i have been reading about progesterone problems and how they cause low bbt and miscarriges.. i had a miscarrige in may. Really hope this isnt the case xx

Maybe try another opk and see how it compares? If blank its likely you have already ov'd.
I'm getting stressed with my temps today too, it's a pain in the arse and so stressful!

It really is!! I had a check over my hormone test results and progesterone wasnt included so looks like another trip to the gp for more bloods!!
