Late period, BFN

My period is 8 days late but POAS resulted in a BFN.

TMI alert (and apologies for all the acronyms) but today I've had ridiculous amounts of CM.

What could be going on?!

Do you know you definitely ovulated when you think you did? Maybe you're ovulating now? I think if you're 8 days late with a BFN it's quite unlikely that that you could be pregnant.
