Sex a week after ovulation...?

Hey guys!
So I am trying to conceive, and I unfortunately couldn't sleep with OH on my fertile day (according to my fitbit!) we had sex yesterday, twice, despite the fact I had missed my window. Just because well you never know, and its fun haha.
Last year, I fell pregnant with OH two days before I had my implant taken out! And I also fell pregnant, but miscarried, whilst on the injection with OH. So we always make jokes that we are incredibly fertile.
I guess I am just wishful thinking that because of these past experiences, I might get pregnant after ovulation.
The thing is -
the week after my fit bit said I ovulated and was fertile, I have had cramps on and off and CM and had cramps yesterday when we had sex. So I was thinking maybe I ovulated later than my fitbit says.

Has anyone got pregnant a week after ovulation? Or had cramping during ovulation? Before yesterday, we have used condoms so I can't be pregnant already.

I conceived girls a year apart from only dtd on day 23 of a 28 day cycle both times! !
Their df worked away so I know exactly when it was!! Didn't get a bfp until period was a fortnight late.

I have looked into it alot and its impossible to get pregnant after ovulation, so I am trying not to get my hopes up and Im expecting my period this weekend (20/21st)
If it comes, at least I can relax and be like okay ill just start again.

The fact I got pregnant whilst on the implant, when I wouldnt have been ovulating, gives me small hope.

But there is always next month! And I can try on my actual fertile window.

I would say that whilst your Fitbit gives you a good guesstimation of when you ovulated it isn't going to be 100% so I wouldn't say all possibility is out, but I also wouldn't get your hopes up, bodies are weird things lol.

Also fyi for the last year or so I have always had cramps at ovulation. It was actually my intense cramps that made me learn more about ovulation because I couldn't understand why I was having period cramps in the middle of my cycle lol.

I have also been cramping on and off since ovulation this month.... got our BFP today! I was always taught cramps = bad. But maybe cramps = good?

There is always next ovulation to try if it isnt this month! It is our first month of trying so we would be VERY lucky if it happened first try haha .
I have a feeling I ovulated later than my fit bit said cause I have been cramping all week. So fingers crossed I caught an egg in there haha

Also can I add, when we had sex Saturday I had a sharp pain in my right side to begin with and this is common with ovulation so I am thinking maybe I ovulate later than the fitbit says. Will keep you posted!
